Training pants is a panty with a pad inside. It can have both Velcro or snap sides or can be the pull on type.
Lace can also be added to the back for a little girl sissy look if it will be a diaper cover instead of training pants.
The pant is 2-ply flannel with elastic on the waist and legs. It is not waterproof.
